This is the only bar soap I will use. It has absolutely NO chemicals or additives which is very important to me. It does a great job of cleaning and seems to last a long time for me. A great deal at this price!

Surprized in a good way

When I opened the package and looked at the bar I was skeptical but I tried it and liked it. Cleans well and does not leave a soapy film like a lot of commercial soaps do. Don't expect a lot of lather but you get used to that quick when you finish and feel clean for a change.

I too found that this soap was non toxic and decided to try it. I absolutely love this soap! I use it on my face and body. It is gentle and lathers nicely. The green gooey bottom people complain about can be eliminated by placing the bar or soap on a dry wash cloth or in a shower rack that allows the bottom to dry and not stay moist. This soaps seems to last forever and Amazon has the best price I have seen so far. I love this soap so much because it does a good job but doesn't have all of the nasty stuff in it.

Number 1 Non Toxic bar soap on Cosmetics Database!!

Hi everyone,
This is my favorite, bar soap. Yes, the smell is not like roses, but I like it. It's a brown bar, and does it's job. I feel happy, knowing that my family and I are using the healthiest/safest bar soap out there on the market. It's rated number 1 on the Cosmetics Database (they research and rate all the hygiene/cosmetic items), meaning it's the safest. I think the rate is that 3% of all the 10,000 plus chemicals in these products are tested, and so many of the products that we use on a daily basis, are actually harmful to our bodies.
Anyhow, without getting into a debate, this bar does it's job, and lasts for a long time. I think it's worth every penny. We spend more money on our clothes, cars, toys, than we do on the things we should be spending more money on: our food, and these kinds of products that are directly applied to our bodies. And I believe there are only 3 ingredients in this bar Olive bar soap.

This soap is really everything you're hoping for... a pleasant, light scent, oil-free cleansing, and organic ingredients. My girlfriend swears it resolved her acne, I love the way it leaves my skin soft and smooth.
