Whole family loves until it stops working
»
We've had the same problem with two of these Soundspas. We received one as a gift for our youngest who was having trouble at bedtime. It worked wonders. At the time my 3 boys were sharing a room and they all liked it. After two months, however, the projection stopped spinning. We exchanged it for another one and after about two months that projection stopped spinning on this one as well. We continued using it because it makes a great night light and the "rain" noise drowns out outside noise. This worked wonders while we were rehabbing a house we had just purchased and moved into. My husband had to work late nights in the area under their room basically BANGING with a hammer, running the air compressor and air gun while framing and putting up ceiling drywall directly underneath them. Once my husband realized they could sleep through him working he continued to work late nights while making noise. It saved him a lot of time. We continue to use it. I have to say that is has lost some of it's appeal when it stopped spinning, but it still does the job.

I love this!!
»
I just received this as a Christmas gift for my 16month old. He's been cosleeping with me and I just started to transition him into his own bed. This little machine has been a life saver. He loves the watch the images on the ceiling, it relaxes him and he actually sits still long enough to realize that he's tired! I usually turn it off after he falls asleep and when he wakes up in the middle of the night he comes over to my bed. Last night I let it run all night, I heard him get up and start to fuss a little but he fell right back to sleep! He didn't get out of bed until 9:30 this morning! I love it, and would reccomend it to anyone with a baby or toddler. My only regret is that I didn't get it sooner.

Great for baby/toddler!
»
We've been using this noise maker for about 17 months. We use the noise maker part (the rain noise) all night long and it's still working just fine. We only use the projector for a few minutes a night for toddler entertainment, but turn off the projector part when it's time to go to sleep. We live in a very noisy environment (near a busy road) and it helps block out most of the noise in the baby's room so that he can sleep. The songs are better than a baby lullaby CD that I bought because they are constant, whereas the CD's songs had breaks and lulls in the songs and he'd wake up.

Great product for baby!
»
My MIL bought one of these used and my daughter absolutely LOVES it. As soon as she hears the music, she looks up to the ceiling for the projection. She prefers the lullabies and I like that it has several options. We had previously been using the Fisher-Price Aquarium for soothing her at bedtime, but this seems to work much better, plus it runs longer.
I love that it has the timer option and that it doesn't run on batteries.
It's compact enough to fit in the suitcase, so we will be taking this with us whenever we travel so that she has some of the comforts of home.

Great while it works
»
Like others have said, this product is great while it lasts. We've had ours about 2 months and the projector is starting to go. About every other time we turn it on, it doesn't work. If we fidget with it for several minutes (remove the disc, put back in, again and again) it eventually starts again but there is no "magic" trick. We just keep trying the same thing over and over and eventually it works. I am so disappointed as my daughter has loved this for the 2 months we've been using it. I know pretty soon it will stop altogether.
