Organized by season, Inclusive Lesson Plans Throughout the Year has over 150 lesson plans for teachers who have children with special needs in their early childhood classrooms. Each lesson plan has a learning objective, materials list, directions for preparation, an assessment component, extension activities to connect the lesson plan to different areas of the curriculum, and adaptations for children with special needs. The lesson plans with modifications to include all children are designed for teachers who need to adapt their classrooms for children with autism; speech, hearing, visual, or orthopedic impairments; ADHD; or learning disabilities.
